If you want to completely remove all the data that is stored your Nokia n91 internal hard drive, then you will need to perform a hard reset on your phone.
Instructions on how to reset a Nokia n91:
1)Make sure the battery has at least 10% of battery remaining on it, if the battery is flat, then plug it in for a charge.
2)Make sure the Nokia n91 is switched off.
3)Now you will need to hold down three buttons that activate the hard reset function to work, these buttons are: the green call key, the *button and the 3 button.
4)While holding all of them three buttons down, you will then need to press down the power button on the Nokia n91, this is to switch it on.
5)If you have followed the instructions correctly, the screen will say a message that says "Formatting". When this message appears, you can let go off the buttons.
